Create a hardened Raspberry Pi NAS

In this tutorial we’ll convert a stock Raspbian Lite OS into a NAS with two 320GB Western Digital Pi Drives in a RAID-1 array. We’ll then look at whether that improves performance for I/O intensive tasks such as pulling a Docker image down from the public registry.
