Today I wore the Jawbone Up wrist band while walking on a treadmill. The first time I did nothing special but when I synced the data and reviewed it I didn’t think all steps were properly recorded.
After checking the Jawbone site I decide to use the stop watch / activity time feature. The stop watch feature appears to do a better job of translating the data collected.
After synching the data I edited the activity entry to specify that I was walking during that time and the end result was a more accurate distance reading and I expect the steps are fairly accurate.
