I thought of you when I read this quote from “Undiluted: Rediscovering the Radical Message of Jesus” by Benjamin L. Corey –

“Whereas our culture often reduces the Christian faith into something that is characterized by right believing (orthodoxy), Jesus indicates that right believing goes hand in hand with right doing (orthopraxy). And the orthopraxy he speaks of is a little different from the version we’re often given: he’s not talking about refraining from drinking and smoking, and avoiding premarital sex— he’s talking about living radically generous lives that go out of their way to care for and protect the vulnerable of our world.”
