Storage is a precious commodity on the G1 because it has a limited amount and you cannot install apps on SD cards. I just checked my app storage and the find that the Android Market is consuming 20 MB, and there is no way to for users to free up that storage. What we have here is a bug waiting to blow up since it looks like the Market will just keep growing until there is no storage left.
